The Museum of Fine Arts in Nancy has the privilege of being located in one of the most elegant pavilions on Place Stanislas. In its walls, it is testimony to the architecture and urban evolution of Nancy.
Resolutely contemporary, the extension to the Museum of Fine Arts has doubled the surface area of the museum and equipped the rooms in a more functional manner.
It is now in these light and airy rooms that you are invited to discover the great works from this collection. Our advice: Take time to immerse yourself in the Italian Renaissance through the paintings found in the 3 rooms on the mezzanine. Come and discover the remains of the ancient fortifications of the fifteenth, sixteenth and seventeenth centuries (in the basement rooms).
